JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379 and 461 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that stolen arms appears to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No.422 of 2014 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya stands rejected.
