2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 01.104.2017, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 11.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 30626 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U T
