The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3345 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 452, 379 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation as made out in the complaint petition, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and seek regular
