Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 376, 511 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the nature of the offence as well as allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Minapur (Panapur O.P) P.S. Case no. 460/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
