Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners happen to be parents in law of the deceased and it is alleged that they along with others committed the murder of the deceased. The marriage of deceased appears to have taken place more than ten years ago and admittedly, prior to her death, she was residing at her matrimonial home along with petitioners. Moreover, in course of investigation, it came to light

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27112 of 2016 (3) dt.30-08-2016 2/2 that after death of the deceased, husband of the deceased gave information to one witness, namely, Sanjeet Kumar disclosing this fact that deceased committed suicide and the aforesaid fact has been incorporated by the investigating officer at para-37 of the case diary. The above stated witness, namely, Sanjeet Kumar is none else but another son in law of the informant. Moreover, investigation, against the petitioners, has already been completed and the husband of the deceased has already been remanded in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 808 of 2015.
