2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 399 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, one pistol was recovered from the vehicle bearing Registration No. BR09-AG-6777 and four persons including the petitioners were arrested.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they are innocent and have falsely been implicated. On similar footing, co-accused, Ravi Ranjan has been granted bail. The petitioners are under custody since 22.11.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 399 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
