Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420 and 465 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he got executed a sale deed fraudulently from the husband of the complainant. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. The matter relates to civil dispute. A Title Suit has also been filed in respect to the same piece of land which is evident from Annexure-2 to the present application. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the complaint.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Manjhaul, Begusarai, in connection
