Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 138 of N.I. Act.
Specific accusation against these petitioners is that despite taking Rs. 30,00000/- from the complainant and his friends they did not execute the sale deed in favour of the complainant.
