Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be step-mother of the deceased and it is alleged that the petitioner as well as father of deceased administered poison to the deceased as a result whereof deceased died. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that in course of investigation, grand father of deceased as well as one witness, namely Baiju Chaudhary disclosed that deceased had sweet relation with a girl who happens to be relative of local Mukhiya and deceased had disclosed to his grand father that he was being threatened by family members of the aforesaid Mukhiya. It is further submitted that moreover, except suspicion nothing has been brought against the petitioner.

No.27196 of 2016 (3) dt.01-09-2016 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera in Rosera P.S. Case no. 62/2016.
