2. The petitioners, who are in custody since 19.03.2017, have renewed their prayer for bail for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 06 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 22.09.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 37139 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
