2. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No. 863 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 413, 379, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have committed cyber fraud and 15 A.T.M. cards and mobile phones have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 06.10.2023.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail.

5. This application is accordingly rejected.

6. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and
