The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that on the basis of forged death certificate and deed of Will the petitioner filed Probate Case No.24 of 2013.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that husband of the informant being pleased with the service of the petitioner executed the deed of Will in favour of the petitioner. Moreover, Probate Case No.24 of 2013 is still pending. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
