Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Cr. Writ application has been filed for proper investigation and it is a case of 2021 but till date final report has not been submitted. Counsel for the State submits that investigation is under process and final report shall be submitted soon. In the above facts and circumstances, petitioner is directed to represent the entire matter before the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali within four weeks and the Superintendent of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.538 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 Police, Vaishali upon hearing the parties, shall take appropriate decision in the light of representation made by the above said case i.e. Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 with analogous cases, with regard to the reliefs.
