The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant in her complaint has alleged that while she was going to Ara by intercity express and after reaching railway station she was proceeding towards hospital, she found that one person is following her. She has kept her bag on her back and said person opened the chain of the bag and took out her purse and fled away. However, she raised alarm and he was caught with the purse of informant. It has been contended on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that he is quite innocent and has been falsely
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.464 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. It has been further stated that he has not criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.08.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017.
