JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have given dabiya blow, causing grievous injury on the head of the informant. The alleged occurrence is said to have been taken place on account of fencing of courtyard. The present occurrence took place on 04.12.2014, whereas the written report was given on 16.12.2014. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09.07.2015 and there was no repetition of blow.

Case No. 110 of 2014.
