Case No. 17 of 2020.

This application has been listed alongwith an interlocutory application ( I.A. No. 01 of 2020) wherein a prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal of Cr. Misc. No. 17050 of 2020 in view of the fact that during pendency of the application, the petitioner has been arrested. In view of the above facts as stated in the petition of I.A.
