The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim has named the petitioners.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35592 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bagaha Mahila P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran.
