Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 307, 429, 414, 216 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police got information that criminal Kunal Singh is in the house of this petitioner. When the police came for raid, Kunal Singh and others started fleeing and firing on the police party. Kunal was apprehended and some used and blank cartridges were recovered from the place of occurrence. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the buffalo of the petitioner was killed by the firing of the police, just to save the skin, the petitioner has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kalyanpur Police Station Case No. 157 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
