JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 31.01.2017 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2015 whereby and whereunder he has framed charge under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner.
