No. 9270 of 2019, titled as Rabindra Kumar Sharan & Anr. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.,

Patna High Court L.P.A No.229 of 2020(3) dt.04-10-2021 2/2 by a learned Single Bench of this Court whereby the writ petition was dismissed.

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, reserving liberty to the appellants to file an appropriate application seeking review of the judgment impugned by way of present appeal.

Prayer allowed.

The present appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Limitation, for the period the appellants were pursuing the appeal before this Court, shall not be accounted for.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
