2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 126(2), 109, 76, 303(2), 329(3), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a quarrel took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injury, caused by the petitioner, is simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Nawalpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
