The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 28.01.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 22 of 2013 (Trial No. 127 of 2015) by which the learned Court below took cognizance for the offences under sections 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
