"That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing the licence no. 10/2021 dated 08.02.2021, approved the selection list dated 25.10.2018 which was issued by the Subdivisional Officer (Respondent no. 4) Dehri, Rohtas as well as for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus or any other writ o writs of Director or directions to the respondents for issuance of licence of public

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, under instructions, states that petitioner may be permitted to file appeal under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System Control Order, 2016. If such proceeding initiated within four weeks, issue of limitation shall not come in the way and the proceeding shall be concluded within a period of six months from the date of presentation.
