Diary of the present case was called for which has since been received.

The petitioner has been in custody since 29.06.2017 in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 354A/34, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. The allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to pull the Dupatta of one Heena Khatoon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.134 of 2018 (3) dt.17-02-2018 the case and the period of custody and also because there is no cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner in connection with the present case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Session's Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017.
