Patna High Court CWJC No.4665 of 2023(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 following relief :- "(i) For issuance of a writ/ writs, preferably in the nature of "Mandamus" directing the respondent authorities to restrain respondents no. 10 and 11 of the writ petition from closing the public road illegally and forcefully and maintain the status quo over the road in question during pendency of case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievance, in case the encroachment sought to be removed, has been made over public land/ public road. Liberty so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
