This Court would expect that the petitioner's counsel would honour his undertaking in the instant proceedings regarding supply of the requisite court fee etc. within two weeks from the date he is called upon to do so by the office. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katihar (Town) PS Case No. 356 of 2020 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Two witness of the inquest and the author of the inquest remained to be examined, for which, the Court below has issued summons as per report dated 21-05-2022. It is also obvious from the report that eight prosecution witnesses have already

Since the trial is on the verge of completion, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to re-consider the petitioner's prayer for bail as upon due consideration the prayer was rejected on 14-09-2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 16379 of 2021. This Court would further observe that the learned Trial Court should make all endeavours to ensure that the trial is concluded without any unnecessary delay or undue adjournments.

The petition is rejected.
