This application is filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who has apprehend his arrest in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 47/2020, registered under section 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The second application filed on behalf of petitioner is not maintainable in view of the judgment in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu & Another 2021, SCC Online SC176, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to move the court below for regular bail and if such an application is filed by the petitioner the court below will take into account the fact of compromise between the parties. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
