Informant, wife of the petitioner became fed-up with his activity whereupon this case has been instituted. From the order impugned, it is evident that case has been compromised. It is further evident that petitioner happens to be in custody since 06.06.2018.

Accordingly, petitioner Shailendra Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, Distt.- West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018.
