In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is a history-sheeter and from the records, it appears that he is Boss and all the persons act at his behest. He hired shooters, placed them at the convenient place, when the deceased was going on motorcycle, he was intercepted and killed. The confessional statement of one of the Shooter, namely, Md. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of restoration of normal court proceeding.
