The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 328 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections-307, 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report but subsequently, only because he was one of the applicants for ration card and was present at the place of occurrence, has subsequently been named in connection with the present case.

Considering the nature of allegation made and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of

Case No. 328 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
