Petitioner is accused in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 47 of Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 12 bottles, each containing 300 ml. of Nepali Wine from the house of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, being a lady, has no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.04.2016.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27651 of 2016 (2) dt.11-07-2016 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Bela P.S.
