The petitioner no. 1 being the mother of the husband of the victim and petitioner no. 2 being the neighbour of petitioner no. 1 are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the sister of the informant after about three years of the marriage for nonfulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim died due to the accidental burn injury

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33933 of 2015 (2) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 and petitioner no. 1 claimed to be separate from the husband of the victim. Moreover, the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
