JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 15 liters country made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the co-accused Deo Kulia Devi and petitioner was also caught from the said house. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.04.2016 and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the said recovery has not been made either from conscious possession of the petitioner or from her house. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sharghati, Gaya in connection with Amas P.S.Case No. 75 of 2016.
