There was unsuccessful bid to commit robbery by three miscreants having their face concealed out of whom, unfortunately one person was apprehended who disclosed his identity as Md. Nasir while two others, leaving a motorcycle succeeded in their disappearance on the pretext of firearm and were disclosed to be Sahil as well as Md. Tabrej by the apprehended accused.

Petitioner Md. Tabrej @ Md. Tabrej Alam has got no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petitioner and is, accordingly directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
