1. The Learned counsel for the petitioner intends to withdraw the Writ petition with a liberty to prefer revision before the Commissioner, challenging the orders of the appellate authority. 2.

Taking into consideration that alternative remedy is available with the petitioner to challenge the orders of the appeal by way of revision, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.10946 of 2019(5) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 to avail the alternative remedy and also directs the revisional authority to consider the delay, as the petitioner has challenged it within stipulated period of time before this Court.
