Patna High Court CWJC No.5318 of 2022(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 Decimal, Mauza Hussainabad, Thana No. 192, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of direction to the Circle Officer, Ariyari, District Seikhpura i.e. the Respondent no. 5 to dispose of the pending Encroachment Case no. 42 of 2019-20 by passing final order u/s 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Circle Officer, Ariyari i.e. Respondent No.5 to dispose of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 42 of 2019-20 by passing final order u/s 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in accordance with law, after hearing the effected parties, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
