1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with respect to petitioner no.3, Ramu Pandey.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with respect to petitioner no.3, Ramu Pandey.

5. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324, 354, 379, 504 and

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner no.1 has antecedent of one case and petitioner no.2 has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that on 29.02.2024, all the accused persons came to his house at 6.00 P.M., Ramu assaulted the informant by an Axe and Nawal by knife on his head causing injury. Further, when the brother of the informant and his brother in-law came to save him, they were also assaulted by lathi, danda and garasa causing injury on head while Kiran, Veena and Rupa snatched Rs.2,000/- from the informant.

7. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with general and omnibus allegation. It is next submitted that specific allegation of assaulting is against Ramu and Nawal. It is further submitted that though it is alleged that brother and brother in-law of the informant were also assaulted leading to injury, but then, the allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that even female members of the family have been implicated.

8. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P. S. Case No.120 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
