JUSTICE SHAILENDRA SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-09-2025 The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents specially Respondent No. 3 to Disposal the Execution Misc. Case filed by the petitioner on 20.2.2020 u/s 15 of the BLDR Act 2009 with under rule 30 of the BLDR Rule 2010file in the court L.R.D.C. Bakhri in response to order dated 18.1.2020 passed by Coordinate bench of this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 665/2020".
2. Heard Mr. Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Harun Quareshi, learned AC to SC 1 for the State.
3. The main grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the Execution Misc. Case filed by them on 20.2.2020 u/s 15 of the BLDR Act, 2009 and under rule 30 of the BLDR Rules, 2010 in the court L.R.D.C. Bakhri, respondent No.3 in response to order dated 18.1.2020 passed by Coordinate bench of this Hon'ble Court in C.W.J.C. No. 665/2020 is not
Patna High Court CWJC No.11579 of 2021(4) dt.18-09-2025 3/3 being disposed of.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and taking into account the petitioners' grievance, the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Bakhri, Begusarai (respondent no.3) is directed to dispose of the petitioners' Execution Misc. Case filed by them on 20.02.2020 at the earliest, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
