JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Heard Mr. Umesh Chandra Verma, learned Advocate for the petitioner and APP for the State. The petitioner, who is a person of clean antecedent and is in custody since 18.11.2019, seeks bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019 dated 17.11.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B), A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It appears that one countrymade pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner also claims to have been arrested on mistaken identity.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16708 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 234 of 2019.
