The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parbatta (Maraiya) P.S. Case No.281 of 2022 dated 26.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420/34 , pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Khagaria. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if petitioners surrender before the learned
