For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Abhishek Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

13-07-2016 Heard Sri Abhishek Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of State. The sole petitioner, who is in custody in Piparkothi P.S Case No. 47 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on perusal of F.I.R. itself, it is evident that none had seen the occurrence. Only on suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused and on this very ground, a prayer has been made for extending the privilege of bail, whereas, on perusal of F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that there is specific accusation against the petitioner. Besides this, the petitioner is having criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26840 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 antecedent. This fact has been mentioned in paragraph - 3 of the petition.

I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
