This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Buxar (Industrial) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
