Though, petitioner is named in the first information report which happens to be on the basis of self-statement of police personnel, who along with others apprehended one Chhotu Kumar from whose possession, loaded countrymade pistol was recovered and further, made inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement disclosing the name of the petitioner along with co-accused Faguni Ram as well as even having criminal antecedent as is evident from Para-3 of the petition.

Considering the nature of allegation in consonance with the period of detention since 27.02.2016, petitioner, Ashok Singh @ Abhay Singh is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27417 of 2016 (02) dt.11-07-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheyampur Bhathan P. S. Case no.21 of 2015.
