Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused fire arm injury on the chest of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report contained in Annexure-2 reflects one lacerated pea size skin deep injury on the left side of the chest of the informant caused by hard and blunt substance, simple in nature. The petitioner's side also lodged the case two days prior to the registration of the case against the informant. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.36644 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
