In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 registered for offences under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, a motorcycle was stolen which was recovered from the petitioner. At this juncture, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, namely, Paramjeet Narayan Patel @ Premjeet Narayan Patel is rejected.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year of his judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
