This is a case registered under Sections 147,149,323, and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that 2 days after the death of the informant's son during course of treatment, the FIR has been lodged. He submits that scuffle had taken place between the informant and the petitioner's side who are agnate and are residing in the same house due to pending dispute between the parties. The petitioner who is 72 years old lady has falsely been implicated in this case and that she is in custody since 22.09.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.1091 of 2018 (2) dt.12-01-2018 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jhajha P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 subject to the conditions : (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
