The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022 dated 12.06.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452, 323, 308, 354(A), 354 (B), and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to molest the daughter of the informant and assaulted the informant and her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the daughter of the informant were involved in love affairs but the same was not approved by the informant so the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court concerned in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2022.
