Petitioner is in jail custody since 15.2.2016 in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. In course of investigation, petitioner was arrested and he confessed his guilt. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, charge sheet has already been submitted.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in Paroo P.S.
