Petitioner seeks bail in Raniganj P.S. Case No.159 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 & 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. Two persons were apprehended by the police, namely, Madhaw Kumar and Pinku Kumar. They disclosed the name of this petitioner.

There is no recovery of any incriminating article from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 30.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58496 of 2018 (2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.159 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
