No. 43936 of 2016, vide order dated 07.09.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34957 of 2017 and vide order dated 27.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35479 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband, is of dowry death of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for more than two years and there is no substantive progress in the trial.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Perused the record, from which it appears that uptil now, seven witnesses have been examined and for remaining witnesses, the court has issued bailable warrant.

No.18463 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, however, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and at the same time, S.P., Banka is also directed to produce the remaining witnesses on the date fixed.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
